· We are happy to help you with flight arrangements but leave this to your discretion. With the wealth of rewards programs and transferability of points between programs we don’t want to dissuade anyone from making decisions that suit them best. Perhaps you want to book a reward ticket in Business Class, or maybe you plan to join us in London after spending time elsewhere (or you want to extend your journey afterwards.) Our experience with “all-inclusive” tours has been ”all or nothing” (which means we chose “nothing” and planned our own trip) and we want you to have a better experience.

Again, we are happy to help with arrangements, or to provide a list of options. From private cars to public transport getting to central London from the major airports is a fairly simple proposition. 

If we have several concurrent arrivals or departures we’ll proactively offer group transportation, availability of group options is dependent, of course, on having a group interested in sharing a transfer.

If you would like to arrive prior to the beginning of the tour, or stay beyond the end of the tour, we’re happy to work with the hotel to extend your stay at the most favorable rates available. 

We usually arrive at least one day early to give ourselves extra recovery time and may extend our stay for any number of reasons, such as visiting friends or making arrangements for a future tour.

Again, we make an effort to be flexible.

· We may have a bus or van at our disposal, but we will often use public transit (Underground and Buses) or even taxis. Details will be communicated in your tour planning documents.

· This tour takes place in a foreign country where laws, regulations and business practices may vary from your home country. This could include significant differences in transportation mode and quality, infrastructure, regulations, and driving practices. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the associated risks and travel warnings issued by your government.
